Tag functionality to allow flexibility in tracking and data analysis.

Option to integrate with screen time on iPhone to automatically track/categorize behavior and gain a richer understanding of how you spend your time.

2 types trying to build (e.g workout, reading, meditation, etc) trying to quit (e.g mindless scrolling, smoking, drinking, junk food, etc) they affect alignment score to keep user motivated

Be able to submit time activities, start timers, get/fetch data for export into other apps, like obsidian, that people use for different types of daily, long term planning, goal management, etc.

Goals with more complex conditions. Example: work on activity at least 1 hour a day and at least 30 hours a week
